Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, used skincare tools and accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@lunoskincare.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used skincare tools (unless faulty)
